UBUNTU SERVER 6.06 LTS

We are having problems and so for isn't working on Ubuntu (we succesfuly installed it on redhat and debian).

    <description>It gets one step past the creation of the DB, gets to where I add the mac address of the server and when i click continue I get a white page with the following:

HTTP Status 500
OpenCMS is not properly initialized!
Please make sure that the OpenCms setup wizard has been run once and is disabled now.

Just looking for some direction what is next and how to fix.
